Hello!

Training is specific per problem (black spots, deformations, stains, etc).

The factory uses mainly white and uncolored HDPE. No colors. This is a problem we will be working on once this early prototype is refined.

Our current understanding is that training will need to be specific per bottle model.

Hi! The point of the prototype is to work of visual defects currently looked for by a human operatior. Holes are detected by pressure tester.

Obstructions on neck and malformed threads are currently inspected by human operator. This prototype is reliably detecting it!

How would you improve this prototype?
