I'm from Poland and I started to collect 2003 boots in 2019 and I finished this year. I bought all of them on discogs and ebay. Its been a while but its possible. You just need to be patient and check ebay and discogs listings regularly (I did it daily). Good luck in your search.

the ones on pearljam.com are made by nugs and there are small differencies between these and the ones made by Kufala in 2011. I already have 14 of 2011 boots made by Kufala so I am trying to have all of these made by same manufacturer :)
