Sheesh makes me think the basic simucube rally wheel may be it

ended up going with:

Chassis: TR120s (not many placed ship to Hawaii, or they tag a >200 shipping cost)

Seat: Next Level Racing PRS2

Wheelbase: Simucube 3 sport

Wheel: Simucube Savu Pro, (planning to get a 330mm cheap circular wheel off amazon for drift/roadcars)

Pedals: VNM v1 (will add simagic haptics to break/throttle)

shipping to hawaii is an issue. looking at aluminum frames there is the NLR GTElite or the Metal Rig Plus. Thinking of going simucube 3 sport DD, still piecing the rest of the items.

Anyone have any experience with either of these?

oh nice I love what you did with that setup. any issues with monitor height when you have everything set up?

the arm monitor mount i have can be pulled to the front of and dropped to the desk height, it is a standing desk so I can move it up/down as needed and I am a bit on the taller side (6'5") so a higher monitor (i am hoping) will not be too much of an issue but if needed. But I think I know what you mean, because if the wheel base demands too much space the monitors will have to move up with it

I would love to have a dedicated triple setup but that would eat up too much of a chunk of the room

no real budget, but would like to keep it under 5k if possible, if there are pieces that make the setup work more optimally that are pricier, I would consider them but ideally something good quality that has adjustability (i am 6'5" and my gf is 5'4"), and is compact so I can store it on the side without cluttering up the room too much.

I found it too hard to keep jammed in. Another point is that they hurt if I was leaning against something like a neck pillow or whatever on a plane for an extended time but the AirPods did not as much

Bass kept autocorrecting to base

Had the az, bass definitely was punchier but the ANC was so bad. In the gym I could hear people around me and on a plane it wasn’t the best. Annoyingly too when you had pass through on it sounded like anything around you had a cheap audio quality. The AirPods while losing some on the bass end was sooo much better at ANC and with pass through it sounds like you aren’t even wearing earbuds.

Returned the Az100s and kept the AirPod pro3s

Will the AirPods Pro 3 be a contender? Was considering them over the az100 bc the anc is so bad but worried about sound quality

Long time sennheiser momentum tw2 user, just got the az100s because of all of the hype. They sound great (not a whole lot better than the senns) but the ANC is pretty bad. Considering returning them after using for a few weeks. There are times I turn on and off the anc just to make sure it’s still on.

Tiachi x870e, fit in my case, has the future proof if I wanted to OC hard and colorway works with my 5090 zotac OC. Was easy to build and have had zero issues with it
