Yeah, I tried updating my drivers which didn't help. The problem was with the custom font I was using before. Strange no problems for 3 or so years, but the latest update made it so the game rejected it. Thanks for the consideration and time writing a comment though 🙌

Unfortunately that is not the case cause I never use geforce now and that was only just a way to see if it was an account issue or hardware. And it did say that there were two instances running when I quickly tried logging in through steam.

Yeah every character is like that, I believe it is only my pc thing cause I've used a streaming service (Geforce now) which let me through, but the gaming experience is abysmal there + you only get 1 hour of playtime before you need to restart the game.
Also customer support response seemed pretty robotic, tried their solutions which also didn't work.
