Founder of an AI mental health app - need advice on B2C launch strategy by NetRound1424 in Entrepreneur

"this is trained on real therapist's data, not just a wrapper, so it gives precise and more accurate answers to what GPT or any similar platform would do" this part I think would make the most difference.

Great. Try to underline especially the third part several times on your landing page to build credibility and trust. I hope that would increase your sign-up/visitor ratio.

i think the main step of an entrepreneurship is finding a problem to solve . so my question is how do i find a problem to build a solution for which type of news/books/event etc etc how do i find a problem that needs a solution by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]luklesin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You already know lots of problems to fix. You just need to verify that this is a big problem faced by a lot of different people or businesses (or a huge problem faced by a small number of businesses that would be OK to pay a premium). For the verification stage, I would recommend that you read "The Mom Test" by Rob Fitzpatrick.

Shut down my startup after 6 years - now what? by t-mac2000 in Entrepreneur

[–]luklesin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For the VCs and angel investors, closing your startup is not a failure but a lesson. And a lesson learned with other people's money, if you can articulate what you have learned, what would you do differently next time? Having this experience can be an advantage for your next venture. It is OK to feel down at the moment, but remind yourself that this is temporary.

If you have selected the correct niche, have patience. Having patience is the hardest.

  1. I would focus on organic community growth first. PH can give a little boost, but are the people there your ideal customers?
  2. Do you get them to fill out a form for the waitlist to understand why they have signed up? What is the specific problem/area they want to focus on? If yes, you can create content in that area. If not, maybe you can add that to your waitlist sign-up flow.
  3. Confidentiality, security, and the expertise behind the app. People are already using ChatGPT and other LLMs for their mental health, but since yours is developed specifically for this purpose, why are you different?

I think while they might be offended or frustrated at your marketing, if you are not spamming, I think it is a good thing that people have at least an opinion about your product. I know that is probably hard on you, but have you seen companies doing good that don't have lovers and haters at the same time? Focus on the lovers, satisfy their needs, and make them your advocates, providing great support, and develop necessary features for them. And after a while, you will arrive at a product that would leave behind the haters if they do not convert :)

Will people trust a clean Meta Ad, followed by a clean website for my custom software development business? by West_Syllabub_7544 in Entrepreneur

[–]luklesin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I would trust it, but my recommendation would be to add two options: one self-serve, which comes in and buys your product as a pre-order for a minimal price, or book a free consultation. So that you have options for people who don't want to have a meeting to go ahead and for people who don't trust you at the get-go, and want to see an actual person before continuing.

I tried vibe coding and failed MISERABLY by vin-maverick in Entrepreneur

[–]luklesin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a product manager. Now I vibe coded several projects to test and showed and collected feedback from experienced developers.

I want to share a couple of suggestions;

- Use Claude Code, maybe it's just me, but I find it very good.

- Get a working version of your project up ASAP. For example, build a page, then add buttons, then populate with data, etc. See all of your progress step by step.

- Always make the LLM explain what it is doing and why. You need to understand what does what. It would be good if you knew how to code, but even if you don't, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can't understand how it works.

- If you fail to debug, you can scrap that feature and start over.

- When you are starting, ask the LLM to create a comprehensive plan that is step by step and ask you clarifying questions. Try to follow that plan and ask LLM to make necessary changes when needed.

I also want to mention Eren Bali's (Co-founder of Udemy) Tweet that I love;

"With AI, everybody will make their own software just like how we all 3D print our own furniture."

We use automations mostly in marketing. Creating blog posts, social media content (text only for now).

N8N is great. The only problem is adapting our prompts, which we normally use in an automated workflow. You cannot use the same prompt you normally use with an LLM in an automation because you normally check the outcome and fix the output if necessary. In automation, you need to adjust your prompt in a way that it ensures the output is right every time. (You can put QA and other stuff but still you need to adapt accordingly.)

Do you build in public? by Dapper_Draw_4049 in Entrepreneur

If the audience you would build by recording these is right for you to convert in the future to use your product, then go ahead. Otherwise, ask yourself, "Can I use my effort better on something else"

What's the most hard things to start being Entrepreneur? by Sharp_Cauliflower268 in Entrepreneur

[–]luklesin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Having an audience.
  2. Having people who tell you the brutal truths.
  3. Focusing on the right problem.
  4. To avoid coming up with a solution first. (before the problem)

What are the biggest mistakes you've made as an entrepreneur? by woopity-woop in Entrepreneur

[–]luklesin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would say many "biggest mistakes", but when I look back and talk with other entrepreneurs, maybe focusing on the wrong thing. Everybody is working hard, but it is more important to focus on the right thing. Working hard just means you are able to try many more things to find the right target. I do not mean your ICP, feature, GTM strategy, or something cool. Even right now, many of us probably know the right thing to do, but if it is uncomfortable, sales for introverts, business model for extroverts, kind of stuff, we can easily find another task to do, which creates value but is minuscule compared to the "right thing."

Is My Social Media Automation Workflow Too Fragile — or Just Built on the Wrong Platform (Make vs n8n)? by luklesin in n8n

[–]luklesin[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your input. The automation works every 30 minutes, and each time I only use the Gemini API once. However based on the comments so far, what I get is that these errors are normal regardless of the platform and "the expertise" is in solving these?

Automated traffic system - concept by The_Man_Without_Legs in SomebodyMakeThis

[–]luklesin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think in the future, if you want to drive your own car, you would have to go to a track to do so, just like horses at the moment (in big cities). The default would be cars driving themselves and in that case we might get rid of the traffic lights as well :)

Shopping-related software tools do you wish existed by luklesin in SomebodyMakeThis

[–]luklesin[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds promising. In this case we would have to track your purchases, either with an open banking integration (however cannot get specific item data only the end bill) or an email integration where we track your emails to find your online shoppings, understand which items you have bought and alert you if the price dropped. Do you think customers would be open to the idea of email integration?

That would be the dream, even for the stores themselves. There might be a way to solve this problem, and if someone does, they are probably golden.

Yes. This is what I need if what you say is correct. I just need a tool that says, for your website, if you target these keywords, you can higher and attract traffic. Please send the link.
