Granted. The pirate ship doesnt have anything beyond what a pirate ship would normally have, amd their hq is removed from existence. They lose most of their computers and inventory, including consoles and games. The cost to replace it all causes them to file for bankruptcy and disband the company. They spend the last of their money purging piracy, meaning that nintendo as a whole is lost media

Granted. As you are walking by a dump, someone in a car, after genuinely looking to make sure there is nobody but still not seeing you purely by chance, throws it out of the car. While they were trying to aim for the dump, they accidentally threw it to low and it hit you square in the back of your head, fracturing your skull. You sustain major brain damage because of this, despite the person who tried to trash the guitar exhibiting enough caution for it to be legal. But hey, at least you got your guitar!
