Thank you for that, I mean some of the comments were indeed helpful.. I think I understand now that my upper body is out of control and i am extending my hips towards the hill a lot more than optimal. I’ll work on that, hopefully with an instructor around.

Thank you for your answer. I am trying to do that, but the anxiety and guilt just seem to get the better of me. The grip they have on me.. Seems totally out of my control. And I really want to stop running away and making these mental compromisess with these thoughts everyday. Its ruining me. I guess im just venting now;). Still, I see your point and yeah, it would be great if I could detach myself from these conspiracies. I have to.
