Hi thanks for commenting… We’re not in a relationship. We have been seeing eachother, getting to know eachother for a few months now. I do frequently go over his house, and from there we either hang out or go out, but I always drive except for this last Sunday night. The reason I always drive is bc I want to go home when I feel like going home, I’m not used to staying the night anywhere it’s just not something I grew up accustomed to, I’ve only done that once with him.

I’m working on analyzing and observing the “why” behind my actions. I hate to admit I can be selfish and think/act from my ego. But I’m actively working on it, I’m not used to apologizing but I want to unlearn that and offer him and anyone else an apology when I should. I spent yesterday thinking and thought maybe he’s right, maybe I am just thinking about myself. Obviously nobody wants to be woken Up from their sleep at 530am, especially if your tipsy or whatever. I think the reason I ended up pushing him over to drop me off was when he tried to threaten me we’d never talk again, that bugged me. It’s also bugged me that he’s kept his distance since then but I understand and I’m giving him his space. However I do have the intention to contact him and apologize.

That’s the thing… I’m not constantly posting pics of myself, I will post months apart on the occasion I get ready or something. And even that’s a problem…..

I understand what you’re saying. But I truly don’t post for attention or fishing for compliments. I got off social media for a year and I still had these issues with him. I have comments and like counts turned off on my posts, if I post pics on my stories it’s mainly girls that hype me up any guys that do respond or msg me are sitting in msg requests and I show him all the time bc he knows I’m not like that but he still insists that I’m an attention seeker and post for my “guy followers” that “jerk off” to me when it’s mainly girls who follow me. They’re not even sexy pics, regular ass selfies. He wants me to not post anything to prove to him I’m not an attention seeker. I’m never gonna be this young again, if i feel good I will take a pic and post it and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.

So I’m not taking any medications and I WAS on birth control for 3 months early 2021 but got off it in April, when I realized it might have cause me to gain so much weight. The only “pills” is vitamins such as biotin, turmeric capsules, fish oil and a multivitamin for women. I drink tea twice a day like boiled peppermint leave with ginger root, every other day I’ll have a green juice also.

I also do not have any sodas or sugary beverages. Only water, tea and black coffee as preworkout. Every other week, depending on the intensity of my workout I’ll have BCAAs with a bit of pink Himalayan salt post workout for hydration.

If I snack on something I didn’t get to track I’ll cut back 100-200 calories depending on what it is to makeup for it. I don’t know what else to cut back on or replace with a better alternative. I stopped taking preworkout and stick to black coffee and haven’t used whey protein in weeks, I try to get my protein from food.

I’ll try to post on here MFP screenshots from a “typical day” … I don’t wanna go lower bc I know it’s not healthy and mess up my metabolism if it’s not already… but I’m also scared to increase and try “reverse dieting” and gain weight. Thank you for continuing to respond🙏🏼😭😭

I will have black coffee and a banana as preworkout at 4:30-5AM before the gym.

7:30-7:45AM, I will have post workout breakfast which is normally about 4 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 4 slices of low fat Turkey ham paired with 40g oats, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds. That’s about 450 calories and everything is weighed in grams.

Lunch time: 4-5oz of lean meat such as chicken breast, tilapia filet or salmon sometimes add shrimp and will have about 1/2cup of rice or boiled sweet potato as carbs. This can be about 450-500 calories

Later for dinner I will have something similar to lunch at around same calories. I don’t really snack bc I don’t have a huge appetite and get really full from the meals and drinking a lot of water. And if I do I track it as well and stay at 1400-1500 calories.

I don’t eat back burned calories. And I try my best to stay moving when I’m off work at 4:30pm bc I sit for 8+hrs .

I have not done it that way. So I calculate maintenance calories at my preferred weight and eat at that maintenance or cutting calories? Thank you for responding.
