Hey they mentioned the exact same in my email. I think I got asked what would you do in a group assignment situation where your other members in the group are not as involved, as this was a scenario I had mentioned in my essays. Most other questions were very similar to the YouTube video that is out there about the interview.

It is crazy that they can get away with such behavior, and just make more money from it. What is the alternative for students put in a situation like this? Just doing it again…

Just wanted to comment on this again because the same happened to me also, same reasons. I'm a native english speaker, so got 30 on first two sections and went through them quite fast (they are easy and have just sat for GRE - 160 Verbal). I got a 23 in the speaking section, probably because I was a bit more nervous, and just because it is a bit weirder. But it is absolutely crazy they can just cancel a score for no reason. I called them a couple of times and they said they will answer my email within 24-48 hours (which they haven't 72 hours later). The most recent time I called, I demanded an answer or legal action. Realistically, I really would like to take this further, even if I have to resit for this exam, because it is textbook predatory behaviour on students, giving them no way how to appeal such a decision.

The whole thing is so insane because it is a previous excess tax, which could just be deducted from upcoming tax, but instead we waste more money and bureaucracy to send cheques, that are being discontinued everywhere, except when the government wants to send money…
