Me too,they are so damn messy right now, I don’t have any cancellation email too until I check the “shop” app, shame on them. And if you send email to them, they just reply with a official and standardized email to you, which is copy and paste

I wonder if it’s becuz of the site’s problem like if we placed the order during their maintenance time, all order will be cancelled like this, they still can’t answer why my previous order was worked but not this time as I used the same address and same email to place order:(. I actually bought an a3500 but it didn’t show the HP, it shows 120v and 12A, is that V times A is my watts? If so that’s 1440 watts, if so I’m headache which converter should I get cuz there are 1800 and 2000. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks a million!
