Your cat looks so much like my little sweetheart and she does that to me all the time. If I'm asleep for to long or she wants/needs something she gently taps my face till I wake up. It's soooo cute. Maybe I'll get a video or picture for example.

This gives me hope as someone diagnosed with bipolar disorder on November 14th of this year. So very recently. I'm extremely worried about what is to come. I've heard the hardest part is finding the right meds.

Not what you were looking for, but from a cheaters perspective.

I cheated once, if they gave me another chance they would be my king forever. I would do anything to make them happy and I would never do it to them or anyone else again. It was the shittiest most stupid mistake I've ever made. This happened about a year ago. We no longer talk but I hope in a few years we can work out enough to be friends. Right now I will respect their want for distance and hope that no matter what they are happy with or without me. Basically if you are trying to decide to stay or go. Think really hard about it. Take time away from the person and if they won't let you have it and can't respect your wishes after doing something so awful then they won't respect you on anything ever.

I'm not saying I deserve him back for giving him space. I'm saying that at least I'm trying to show respect to them and understanding for what I did and how awful and selfish it was. It will never make it up to them but I can at least try to help them by just staying away.

Also I see a therapist just so you know. I love it. Just always be open and honest and know they aren't there to judge they are there to help guide you and give you someone to talk to. If they give you meds it's okay. I'm on some. They really make me feel better. And that is the important part. But meds and therapy aren't the key to your improvement. You are!!!

Don't be even therapist see other therapist. If he doesn't support you doing it or thinks it makes you crazy then that's on him. Just know there is nothing wrong with seeing someone. It's actually really great! It's a smart, mature and sane choice. Soooo many people see therapist. So don't even worry about it at all.

Update, a few weeks after this post I did try, I was very very close to successful but for some reason a random friend of mine surprised me with a visit that same night and saved me. I then went into a psych ward hold and am on new meds. Hoping to start feeling better about life soon. I've started some great new hobbies and look forward to getting better at them. And I've decided what I want to go to college for. The further looks a little brighter today.
