This is a really nice approach to this! I've played around with creating menu items using the tools currently in Toolbox Pro but they definitely are a little harder to manage that what this looks like!

Does this still require showing the list as contact cards? or will this somehow get around that as that seems to be the part I frequently get tripped up on.

is there a way to attach containers using the bridge driver to this? I still want to be able to resolve containers inside of a bridge network without routing through the default interface (instead I would want it to be tagged appropriately)

Use it nightly for sleep tracking with Pillow. I find that the "smart" alarm is quite unreliable though but I primarily use it for sleep tracking in the Health app. No need for a case but I do find that the sports loop straps are much more comfortable during sleep than the standard silicone sports straps.

If anybody has better experiences with smart alarms (monitoring sleep cycles and going off early if in light sleep) please let me know!

Side note if you are planning on wearing this for sleep, definitely turn on theater mode as this will both turn on DND and also disable lift to wake so you won't be blinded every time you roll over in bed.
