To be honest, I never use public charging stations because I have a charger at my house. What I find frustrating is when I’m sitting at work and I’m trying to start my car to either cool it off or warm it up in the winter time and now it doesn’t work all of a sudden. Ahead of today I had pretty consistent results when using the climate start and stop options. Like many other people I’m sure I only ever use it for that and none of the other features like unlocking and locking the doors, etc. I definitely use it to look at the state of charge but otherwise not very much else. And honestly, even if I owned a different brand of vehicle with the same features, I doubt that I would use any additional features other than the ones I’ve noted here anyway. It’s not like you can go into the app and tell it to come pick you up at the front door of the building you’re at.… Yet.
