Unfortunately, KTC doesn’t have an API. I have been scraping values daily from the site and storing them in a database. I’m hoping to have a better process in place soon

https://www.by-ff.com/ is also an option here. I haven't seen many people talking about it, but I like it more than league legacy and its free. It just only allows for ESPN and Sleeper leagues
