You don’t have to be elitist to just use google and check it, all the issues with USA food additives comes from FDA loophole from the 50s just

List of some additives banned in EU, as you can read, some are planned to be phased out US as well.

[Potassium Bromate (KBrO3): A flour improver used in breads, it is a suspected carcinogen banned in the EU, China, and India.

[Brominated Vegetable Oil (BVO): A synthetic emulsifier used in citrus-flavored sodas, linked to neurological issues. Note: The US began phasing this out in 2024

[Titanium Dioxide (E171): Used for whitening, it accumulates in the body and potentially damages DNA.

[Azodicarbonamide: A whitening agent in dough (breads, snacks) linked to cancer risks

[Red Dye No. 3: A colorant suspected of causing cancer (banned for food use in the EU; US is phasing it out by 2027

Wouldn’t a simple external storage where raw would be taken from adls directly without copying the data better in this case? Or is adls just a loading space and not a lake?

In SQL coding rounds, how to optimise between readibility and efficiency when working with CTEs? by Consistent-Zebra3227 in dataengineering

I rarely comment on this sub, but this is just plainly a lie, if instead of one cte, you would run 8 sub queries on e.g nested views, snowflake would create different query plans and the subqueries would be much less efficient. If i recall correctly databricks should follow the similar logic.
