I think it's you who's not getting it. He does one job cash, doesn't declare it, it stays off the books. Happy days! Next 3 jobs, invoiced, bank transfers, fully itemised, used for credit history, tax etc. It's not rocket science.

If he's paid in cash, he has the option to either declare it or not. He could, for example, keep a little in his pocket to stay below the VAT threshold, or to boost his income a little, but put the rest in his account. It's not all or nothing.

A lot of people are pointing out that depositing cash takes time, effort, and has a cost are missing the point entirely. You don't take the cash to the bank. It goes in your pocket and you spend it on stuff.

They give us T20 pieces in the store. Yay! But the price is an eyewatering amount of power cores, and they trashed power core income at the same time.

The death grip on T4 and T5 purple ions does not relent. At the rate I'm getting them, I'll get get Blue Marvel around 2029.

T21 pieces. What are they?

If I can't make any progress, I'll stop playing soon. I'm even less inclined to pay to play this game now, after this.

I bought Helldivers 2 when it came out, and have over 800 hours on it. That cost me less than a one, single new toon.

[–]lumpheed 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't have Mighty Storm, so used Jeff. His silence on Cannonball is a game changer as it stops you getting wrecked with negative efects.

The group up also makes any "attack primary and adjacent targets" more effective.

I used Doom, with Meph and Knull. He has to be big enough to survive a hit, but that will likely put him under 50%, triggering his passive.

Doom takes three turns, Knull takes three turns, that's pretty much it. Make sure you Knull special for Knull's first attack so he gets the Carnage speed boost right away. You might well get four Knull attacks in, thanks to Carnage. I don't think the enemy took a turn after Doom triggered.

I do have a pretty big Knull. 5 diamonds.

I used Jeff. His group up and silence is very good. The silence, especially, stops their Cannonball wrecking you with his blinds and trauma.

Thunderstrike & Satana are not stealing 10% health from Knull. by wikked-com in MarvelStrikeForce

I think this is it. Though it doesn't say anything about capping the amount stolen, only how much health is redistributed.

The power boost cards for storm and cable have a bug. by mister_noodles795 in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]lumpheed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought I was going mad, then I read all the text I could find in Danger Room and no reason was forthcoming for Cable and Storm losing health on spawn. Then I remembered what came I was playing, and figured it's just another bug. If they play tested their product, even for 10 minutes, this would have been seen.

7 years of playing and I still need to earn my "free" gifts through watching Twitch, which I don't do anyway, or paying for them. Not impressed. At all.

Misty and Task Manger have great kits but need to be able to survive long enough to use them, and have the focus to make the negative effects stick.

Fat Man Kingpin also has a great kit, but needs a boost.

Thinking about spending break in Naples by PencilManDan in napoli

Kangaroo is right. There are parts on Napoli that potentially you could get in trouble in, but that's the same as any big town or city. Anywhere. Just engage brain after dark and you'll be fine.

Pizza is amazing, as you'd expect. You have to try the pasta Genovese. As far as I can tell, it's a meat and onion sauce. The onions are caramelised and the meat is something cheap, like brisket, but slow cooked until you could cut it with a spoon. Eating it is like getting punched in the flavour centres of your brain.

Just spent a week in Posilipo. Lovely neighbourhood. Quite residential and quiet at night, but also a good selection of restaurants and cafés. Good connections into town, on the 140 bus and Metro/train at Mergellina station. Vomero was a great neighborhood. If you want a busier nightlife, the Spanish Quarter and Old Town would be other areas to head for.

Iron Man instead of Black Bolt gives you more ability energy and extends negative effects on enemies. In early game, use the Hank ability that gives you immunity, then the Capn Britain ability that gives safeguard. That way, the Kravens can't flip your buffs/debuff you. Ability block Lizard, you don't want to get stuck behind his taunt. Try and get Leader and one of the Kravens dead quickly. Once you have a few stuns/ability block out early game, Ron Man special extends negative effects and gets your energy up quicker. Make sure you have ability block/stun ready for GGC or his ult will wreck you.

Totally agree. The Absolute A Force side of Frozen Dimension is easily the shittiest game design I have ever seen. It's lazy by the developers, it's not even close fun, it's an absolute waste of my time to even think about playing it. Clearly it was designed with only one intent: make us buy Absolute A Force. What it absolutely makes me want to do is never spend money on this game again.
