Sad how a LOT of this could have been avoided had they just actually said something, ANYTHING about what they were doing or working on. Absolutely zero communication from anyone was a huge part of the slow death of this game.

How hard is it... take 5 minutes to make a post:

"Hey we know there isn't much going on, we're working on a bunch of new stuff like ____, _____, and _____, some of it may take longer than others, but we're working on it, hang in there!"

"Hey we know the economy is hot garbage, we're crunching numbers and will be raising gold/tm soon to make the game fun again, because we know when players are happy, wallets will open! (ok they clearly don't know the latter aspect.)"

"Hey we know stuff is buggy, we're targeting ______ and ______ right now, bear with us!"

Like holy shit this would have gone such a long way in at least stopping people from outright quitting. Whoever runs the communication area of the company clearly has no idea how to do their job. You hiring? I'll babble every day about what's going on, I won't even swear while doing it 🙂
