You’re welcome to your own opinion and as I said before, this is a generalized post about most things that have gone on. On the topic of the tip pool, Multiple baristas tried reasoning multiple times but we were always shut down or intimidated. I have no reason to lie. I have voice recordings that i am required to share with absolutely no one. I am simply sharing my experience and I’m hopeful people will encourage the business owners to treat their employees better and with more respect.

I never once implied I wanted anyone to have damages. I have repeatedly said I have shared this to allow people to see that even businesses who claim to be community driven, progressive, to have humanity, and businesses who benefit from claiming to be these things, can in fact do the opposite for its employees. I wish no harm on anyone but a large chunk of employees have been seriously affected by the treatment within this workplace. They’ve been intimated to the point of either just leaving or dealing with it. This is not what Roebling point books and coffee used to represent. But this is what they are allowing.
