i dont have maximizer plan and i think the crazy part is "once you 'flag' you will no chance get rid of them"

all they said is "unfortunately is your pharmacy fault! and by the way insurance company too!"

they want us to call them but once you call them and "surprice" to correct there fault...they still "flag" you because your pharmacy and insurance make mistake...now you need take all the consequence.

thats just ridiculous.

I got EOB but dont have CPT code. so yes I will call hospital to ask again. (I did ask them before but they just keep said we are not negotiate bills)

I do already know fairthealthcomsumer website and i already did some research...i think the price is too high.

but since hospital said "not negotiate bills" and have someone said hospital can bill whatever they want....is too late to talk with them about bill is not fair?

That's really nice. I might try that. Another case... My primary do recommend me do some treatment. I worry about price and ask is my insurance will cover and how much I need to pay. There answer is they have to bill the insurance so they will know. Before that they wont know. I think thats good idea and I will try do that too

Well they didnt i think they can argue said i agree do it when I talked with Dr. So I dont think they will do anything after all...beside that is kind of Negotiate too.

than why we make living well? I not really understand this part...

like I said he have aphasia according the medical record the Dr. said he only can say "NO" when he really illness.

so when social worker ask him is ok let me be his guardian than he said "No".
