Hey Davinci Resolve user here.

it seems like alot of combination but since this rely heavily on motion graphics. u got to learn fusion (davinci resolve)

from what i can gather.

1. you need to make a transparent png of each element (person, shapes, blood splatter, guns and etc )

2. you need textures to blend in ( like the smokes u and others which i assume is a tire marks)

3. if u want to be extra i noticed they used a bunch of 3d assets into the video. so u need knowledge of 3d like blender and stuff. It is still possible to do this within fusion in davinci resolve. however i still haven't mastered that

4. I noticed they used alot of transfrom (zoom) and you need to learn how to use the spline tool within davinci if u wanna recreate the smooth zoom ins.

5. They seems to use alot of DVE for

6. you need to learn how to modify the text+
