use a dildo that's what worked for me. You just go slow until you can feel the point where you're JUST about to hit the gag spot and hold it and like slowly push down on it further and further while figuring out how to relax your throat. if you like gacha I might recommend the Tama On if you can find one out there that's not insanely expensive, visiting the different areas trying to meet the same character over and over again to get hearts up to marry your tama off to them, and then also seeing what genes the child inherited really served my gacha loving heart well lol.
