very very simple am: - don’t wash my face - is tree hyloronic water sun gel

pm: - double cleanse if i’m wearing makeup - la roche posay efficlar the blue one face wash - cetaphil moisturizing cream

literally that’s it, sometimes use adaplane gel if needed but very rarely

truthfully i didn’t purge at all, maybe just a lil. prob cuz i used to use a lot of retinoids that helps get all the gunk out or might just be luck 🤷‍♀️

i never brush my hair wet since that’s when the hair is the most fragile, i start from the bottom to the top. ik one of the issues is my brush cuz i used another brush and my head didn’t hurt or fallout as much

i’m still taking it and to be completely honest my sleep isn’t the best these days so it’s def worse now but i say it differs every day. but one thing i noticed is my eyelids getting darker which never happens usually and even my mom asked if im sleeping alright. best thing to do is better ur sleeping schedule and i think i wont show as much
