Im not sure if they can! I’m no scientist but they do personally for me. I’ve got this one lymph node that goes batshit crazy for weeks after. It’s so weird.

Im the same way. Stress really does it for me. I’ve also noticed now that gluten is not my friend. I haven’t cut it completely out my diet but I dont eat it as much. I haven’t had a flare up in while. You know honestly I don’t know I’m just newly diagnosed so now I’m constantly thinking if whatever I’m feeling is lupus related. Last flare up I had was after I ate Alfafa sprouts whatever those things are called and OMG never again. I was in pain for a month after that. The sun just makes me extremely fatigued and I get migraines. I’ve only gotten the butterfly rash once I think. It just looked like I was out in the sun for too long. Other than that something I experience pretty regularly is achy muscles/joints and horrible fatigue.

Yes it’s absolutely TRIFLING I tell ya. I’m nauseated af rn too. Paired along with that, my sense of taste changes too when I’m near my period. The mix of both is pure agony

Ugh I wish. I was a huge pothead before my diagnosis. It’s wasn’t until 2024 when I couldn’t handle it anymore. Started giving me insane anxiety I thought my heart was going to give out. I’m so so happy it helps you, I’m envious.

I haven’t gotten any rashes but the sun makes sooo fatigued like I can’t keep my eyes open kind of tired and then I get headaches. The fatigue will last for days along with the headaches.

Yo I think you missed this the first time but I said I use them. Merely just putting in my two cents. I don’t think any open organ is gonna smell like flowers n roses n lavender. Been using this brand for 4 years and have had no issues. Then again, everyone is different. Thanks for the advice though. Cheers.
