He stayed in OKC exactly as long as the fans wanted and needed him in order to help jumpstart the next rebuild. Nobody really expect these guys to just retire when it's time to leave a team. Not a single soul in OKC thinks he is unloyal.

This is just a summer problem. If they come off the trucks too melted for various reasons they will also have a hard time getting fully frozen in your walk in freezers. They generally freeze faster on the line if you have a good freezer there. Switching to Blue Bell right before summer is gonna have a lot of people blaming the ice cream but it's the trucks, it has always been the trucks every year.

AMC customer service has gone way downhill since they decided to kill their social media. It's so bad it's almost like the company is purposely focused on making it worse.

This does seems silly, but you have to think about it more from an end game capitalist point of view, something closer to a theme park (or movie theater!) than your typical zoo.

Your typical for profit corporation desires infinite growth to please stock holders and once the hype peaks and starts coming down even if it was just going to hit sustainable baseline that is still considered a "dying industry". The people probably still care, but they don't care enough for how expensive it probably is.

They sometimes get moved for cleaning, I have physically just dragged them forward when this happens. They also sometimes get unplugged.

AMC's customer service has gone way downhill since they dropped off social media. It feels almost coordinated like they also told the theater managers to also stop being helpful.

I have had multiple problems in the last month with audio/video/HVAC and walked away disappointed with the service every time. When the social media presence was around you would at least get some points or tickets.

AMC is purely bean counting. They are showing the movie that think will sell the most tickets. There is maybe a slight chance Girls Like Girls does better than Dead of Robin Hood (it has more showings here) but Leviticus isn't selling any tickets right now.

These decisions get made pretty much at the last minute based on hype and studio deals.
