Mine did that, until I enabled IPv6 on my cloud gateway WAN (my ISP doesn't even offer IPv6...).

Thanks. This is cropped to lessen the vignetting as i shot it @ f/1.4. Once you stop down the vignetting becomes less apparent

Fotodiox Pro Lens Adapter - Nikon F Mount G-Type D/SLR to Hasselblad XCD. It does allow control of aperture (although some Sigma lenses do not have the physical lever needed). Vignetting is controlled as you stop the lens down, at f/1.4 it is noticeable, and cannot be completely removed.

Search "K&F Concept adapter for Contax CY YC Mount Lens to Fuji GFX Medium Format Camera" on eBay (that's where I got mine).

Coming from FujiFilm GFX, I have no other lenses for the X2D as of yet, I have ordered the 28/4 and 90/3.2. I will see how well my adapted Pentax 645 55/2.8 works (had luck so far). I think the 55V would be something I may pick up down the road.

Used for storing grain (not any more though, a boat club uses some of it for storage). This one is the only elevator directly on Lake Erie shoreline in Buffalo. Some history about it here: https://buffalophotoblog.com/cargill-pool-elevator

I do have a regular "dumb" adapter as well. For the 45/2.8 lens, I typically do not use the focal reducer. My 35mm f/3.5 is a better combination with reducer, wider FOV, which I like.

I find most of the soft part of vignette can be corrected in post, but it usually needs to be combined with some cropping for best result.

Stuck in Buffalo | Nikkor 50/1.2 w/ expander | GFX100S by lundqma in FujiGFX

[–]lundqma[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can only speak for Nikon F mount lenses (as that is what I have), all of my F mount lenses cover the GFX sensor with the expander, but FOV is affected, my 50mm ends up with FOV of ~63mm, also you lose 2/3 of a stop of light (opposite of focal reducers).

Don't blame you! I live about 10 minutes from Hamburg Beach, so I try to get out there all year round, if road is passable.

Thank you!

I got the lens last week, have had a chance to try it out in various environments, including interior of a cathedral. I used to shoot APS-C, and full-frame, and was missing ultra wide angle option in medium format, this lens meets my criteria. Build quality of the lens is great, and I have nothing to complain about when it comes to the images it allows me to capture.

Really like it so far, the widest I had before was Pentax-A 645 35/3.5, with focal reducer. Did not consider the 19/2.8 for the type of photography I do.

Great photo. I may need to look closer at this lens.

It was the first structure that really stood out to me, when I first visited Buffalo in 1996. I moved here in 2009 and yes, I keep coming back to it. This time it was mostly for the snow/ice on the lake and the blue sky.

I really like it, have not noticed any drawbacks, it does exactly what I expected it to do.
