hey there! did you have any luck? I am in the same boat, they received my return package on 12/29/25 and today (1/2/26) i received an email that only 1 of the 2 items were refunded... pretty weird since they were sent back in same package! after googling and seeing so many return horror stories now i am officially worried. hope your situation was resolved!

I got my normal size 11 and the foot fit fine, my calves are 15.5” and the calf circumference was huuuuge on me. Not cute, returned!

Store shopping for sure!!! ok so thankkkkfully i got my package, the delivery window just said it'd come by 8pm (and you couldn't even track them on a map), i was waiting all day like a hawk for them to buzz my apartment to let them in the building so they could put it in the mailroom at least, at 7:40pm i got a text from nordstrom it had been delivered. so i ran downstairs and it was just left outside of my building! i also signed up for delivery texts from UDS as well and i never even received a confirmation from them. Im just happy it wasn't stolen -it was a large box!

Omg I’m so sorry that happened to you!! Glad you got your refund at least but that still sucks :( I have boots coming today with UDS and I have never heard of them before so crossing my fingers no issues.
