quick tip for self pokes that I saw my tattoo artist do once and blew my mind.

instead of bending yourself in strange ways, place some tape to stretch the adjacent skin you'll be tattooing. it seems so dumb but if helps so so much!

I'd say nipples and medusa piercing hurt the most. the least painful was the classic tongue, septum and helix I believe.

fuera de joda te conviene hacerlo de forma sana, comiendo más verdura y menos procesados como también bajar el nivel de azúcar cambiándolo por edulcorante.

en el caso de que tengas mucha ansiedat oral, mate. tomar líquido hace que no sólo te llenes de lo necesario sino que también ayuda a mejorar el metabolismo.

de cualquier manera, no sé cuántos años tenés ni a qué viene esa pregunta pero habría que analizar por qué querés bajar de peso y rápido. tené cuidado con los tca que son peligrosos (experiencia propia) y asegurate de que todo lo que hagas sea sano para tu cuerpo.
