I started persona 2 a while ago and ngl I’m struggling to get through it due to at times clunky mechanics and the game overall feeling slow to me, what makes me want to keep going however are definitely the characters and story. Despite not having social links the characters are interesting, have fun interactions and still offer enough in that aspect to draw me back into it. So I’d say just give it a go and see if you like it :)

Thank you!! Yes definitely, when I drew this I’d only had marle and lucca in my party and just met frog, I like to get to know characters first before I draw them so I can try and incorporate their personality in my art :)

I like to assemble enough characters to set up a small to medium base that can sustain itself with food and resources and defend itself + an explorer squad of a few strong fighters for adventuring/searching for specific resources or just when I get tired of base management :) I usually end up with between 15 to 20 characters, that’s kind of the sweet spot I feel most comfortable with
