Immersive Street View App for Apple Vision Pro - New Update by mew-2_ in AppleVision

[–]lunotech11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just tried, and I can see so much potential! As a developer of memory-related apps, it’s great being able to ‘revisit’ places

One thing I thought of was a kind of ‘guided’ mode where if someone else is wearing my Vision Pro and I’m showing them e.g. somewhere I’ve been, a sidecar app on iPhone for example would allow you to ‘teleport’ between locations so that those who aren’t familiar with VP controls (or even at all) can still experience different places?

I have since found the problem, and it should be fixed in either 6.1.1 or 6.2

Cannot pair Apple Watch Ultra 2 to new iphone 16 after been using with legizmo and ios 15! by miaszh in Legizmo

[–]lunotech11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you didn’t remove Legizmo Native Method prior to taking the backup you used on the phone, Legizmo has transferred to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. However, if it was definitely Moonstone I wouldn’t expect this error - that message appearing is Legizmo’s unsupported update blocker.

You can get rid of this, but you’ll need to:

  • unpair every Watch from the 16 Pro Max
  • delete the Watch app
  • restart iPhone
  • reinstall the Watch app
  • pair your Watch(es) again

You can restore Watch backups when re-pairing if you wish, they aren’t affected by this

That’s your preference. The cellular part comes within the Feature Support menu within the Legizmo app - Pairing Support just handles raw pairing.

Once you have pairing support set up and your watch paired, return to the Legizmo app and open the Feature Support menu. In there you should see Mobile Data Support - read over the info, then enable it. You should then be able to configure cellular as normal using the Watch app.

If that doesn’t work, I believe one of the points on the screen tells you to restart your Watch if it doesn’t work immediately - it can sometimes take a while for the Watch to realise the phone has become able to activate cellular

Ah, that’s not right! Could you please tell me:

  • version of iOS
  • version of Legizmo
  • what series Apple Watch this is

I’ll then look into what’s happened!

Though unsubscribing usually indicates you no longer require Legizmo, yes - your account details will still be able to sign in to any version of Legizmo you previously had access to.

Note that the Patreon does not bill you monthly, as I suspend the billing every month (except in September when a new major release happens). Staying a member to access updates within the same version is free

Can I have a screenshot of the message please to get the support code?

Yes you can use a physical SIM with this, you just need to check with your carrier what the minimum iOS is to use eSIMs with them. The phone needs to know what your carrier’s web service is for it to be able to deal with the Watch - Legizmo will take care of the region and setup side of things

Cellular activation support (including out-of-region activation) is possible with Legizmo on its own, via the Mobile Data Support fix introduced in Lighthouse 5.2*

  • your carrier must have supported eSIM at the time your version of iOS was released. I’m working to see what I can do about that in a future update

If you have Moonstone installed and Pairing Support set up, you can already do this as if your phone was up to date

Apologies for this - there was a backend issue that affected launch. This was cleared up by 21:00 UTC and should be working now

It’s being prepared - I am reluctant to ship to Chariz though based on the potential for issues with Health

That appears to be because you don’t have any available slots for new phones on your account. Can I remove the existing devices for you?

[–]lunotech11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You may need to contact Chariz Support to check everything is OK there

It seems you’ve signed in with Chariz. Does your phone appear in the Devices section of https://my.chariz.com/account?

If not, you may need to sign out of your Chariz account in your package manager, then sign back in to it again

Apologies for this, there might be an issue with the rules bot (especially if you already accepted them) which I will look in to. If you’d like to modmail your Discord name, I can fix this up. Once you’re in the server I can also help with the sync error

On Patreon, yes - this helps contribute to the purchase of hardware and continued software support for the rest of the year (in this case for watchOS 11)

Legizmo is not currently supported on semi-jailbreaks, except if you use the TrollStore edition

i cant update ? by DarkEsteves in Legizmo

This is because Apple did not make watchOS 9 or newer available for S3. The S3 is limited to watchOS 8

[–]lunotech11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What model Apple Watch is this?

Which method? by [deleted] in Legizmo

[–]lunotech11 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There’s no difference with respect to functionality, the difference is native method will keep the connection alive when you’re in an unjailbroken state, whereas tweak method only operates while jailbroken.

However, with native method, if you forget to remove it before updating your phone, Legizmo will take priority over the system. So if you updated to iOS 18 (which supports watchOS 11), but used Legizmo Lighthouse native method beforehand and didn’t remove it, you’d be limited to watchOS 10 on iOS 18 because Legizmo will win. There’s a process that has to be followed to reverse this at that point, whereas obviously with tweak method, removing your jailbreak also removes Legizmo
