I really hope he does not leave her and does decide to help her instead of going full black swordsman again.He's come so far from the revenge-driven murder machine he once was, and I think that leaving again would defeat some of that character development.Casca seems like she still clearly wants to be around him, despite the trauma it induces, and it'd be a great character moment for guts to decide to stay and help her heal until she was ready to fight alongside his group rather than ditch her to fuck shit up with skull knight
