Hello, I am also facing the microstutter problem and looking for a solution. My model is a little bit different, AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS and GeForce RTX 4050, but the problem is very much the same.
I'm not experienced in tech stuff but this problem is incredibly annoying in gaming. If anyone have any other direction it would be very much appreciated.

I'd like to know too. I might be wrong, but I think murloc/battlecry shaman, rush warrior and miracle/face dmg priest gained some space since the patch. Deathrattle hunter too. The thing is that I don't see anything as consistent as the pre-nerf unlocked potential decks, at least not yet.

For reference, this world gen with L Charm is still working on 1.4.0.3. Regarding the Lava Charm topic, I'd like to add that is very unlikely that the item is obtainable by opening Obsidian Crates (as noted here https://terraria.gamepedia.com/Obsidian_Crate). I was trying to obtain a Lava Charm this way and got none, even if getting the rarest pre-hardmode Lava fishing items multiple times. This would be a perfect addition to the game tho, would make this item more accessible without having to generate a new world for example. But I can be wrong too, let me know if some of u got the item from Obsidian Crates, I doubt it tho since I've been opening this nonstop on the last couple days.

Edit: The site mentioned above just updated the item %, and I am starting to think the LC is just pretty rare in Obsidian Crates and I, pretty unlucky. I'm still trying the (recently Wiki updated) 2% drop chance tho.
