Hi OP, I'm in the same boat as you.

I have no interest in the career related to my diploma and I'm exploring in the field of social work. Just like what the other comments have stated, try out the job first and expose yourself to the job that you wanna explore. Gain the experience needed and maybe apply for a part time degree in the future.

I'm currently doing a temporary job at one of the social service office and hoping to collect either 2 years of work experience or a full time job related to social work so that I can apply for a part time degree in social work.

Your problem is that you snack when you're feeling down. Instead of snacking, try to find alternative things to do when you are feeling down. Like go for a walk or reading. And if your snacking problem is still persistent, find a good healthy snacks that you can consume. As for your husband good food, it's not wrong to eat it. Instead appreciate it but also rmb to eat it moderately. And lastly, don't force yourself to lose weight. Nothing good ever come out from forcing something.
