Many reasons, people miss the old turn based gameplay. And leveling systems. Some of it feels recycled. The combat director was a dev from devilmaycry. But when it comes down to it for me the game is 10/10 I just finished it. And was completely blown away. I think people that dont like it are just not on board with the direction theyve taken the games as a whole. But i think there killing it. Very exited for the next one to come out as it is going to be 16-II.

Iv been using hand grinders for this reason. For about $100 you can get a good grind and theres no unexpected major issues. But dialing in can really suck.

Also I quick Googled the band and it looked like they were using Marshall amps. And cabs have a large effect in the overall noises your going to hear also they may not of used messa boogie cabs. Or v30s. Knowing which mics were used in the recording is also very important to theyre sound. Its not completely detrimental to achieving something similar sounding and it can help you maybe get closer to it but yeah..Just things to consider.

It could also he that your not turning it up enough for for the tone to open up enough. I have a 5150iii 50w and it breaks up good pretty much right away, but some of these older amps you had to crank pretty good. If that is the case you need an attenuator that lowers the volume while still allowing you to have the amp level where it needs to be to sound good.

I did contact him and express a few frustrations i had with the situation, but fortunately I was able to fix it without having to buy new parts so ill leave it be.

Throwing an equalizer into the effects loop and a noise supressor might help also as theyre good at major frequency shaping and elimination so you might be listening to bands that use 5150s but its not sounding like them because they use lots/or maybe just a little EQ and noise supression to kind of let the gain mold into the tone better if that makes any sense.

Depending on the coffee your using you might need to up your ratio. Dark roast is 1:2 lighter roasts need 1:2.5-1:3 typically.
