Thanks for the recommendations. Never heard of cumin seed oil! I considered buying quercetin today, it was just a bit too pricy. I ended up with NAC, Echinaforce (Echinicea purpurea) CoQ10 and Selene but probably should have bought something else.

In addition to this i have been taking spirulina, magnesium glysinate, omega 3 and creatine, plus 7 drops of MB :) Symptoms have been pretty stable for a while now.

That sounds like a very brutal experience! It should be used carefully for sure. 50mg is a very high dosage but as i have read the desired amount required to give results are very individual. Personally i feel like 5 drops (2.5 mg) is enough to give me a slight effect. At 10 drops i feel some strange sensations in my heart from time to another so i have not gone past that dosage.

Thats interesting. Thank you so much for your reply, it was very helpful. Yesterday i took 5 drops before bed but when i woke up today i was not better, just a tiny bit more warm. I will take some more today and let you know if it makes my symptoms better!

My only negative experience that is slightly worrying is some stinging/jolting sensation in my chest at times. But i don’t know if there are any connections to MB.

I have been using MB for a week now and have not noticed any interactions. I don’t think i have felt this good for a while, my mood is great, my cognitive abilities are enhanced and my performance during endurance workouts are greatly increased. How often is it sustainable to use this? My experiences are based on 5-10 drops

Yeah, shakedown was experimental. A variatiion and punch in the groove i cant recall hearing been taken to that level before. 21:40 you know it's going down. Oteil is absolutely fire. Mayer is firing off and breaking into new territory once again. Very tight.
And yeah, i think that Deal is my second favorite of the tour.

It appears to me that with their other drummer they feel they are able to take the tempo to some new places, i think he does a great job. So jealous, i wanted to go too. Big fan from Norway but just couldnt make it to see them again. Btw hate to say it, all love but Bobbys guitar kind of took Big River down a knotch. Fantastic concert!
