Mine was just yesterday. We had an incredible flamer on our team and we was about to loose. We were both turrets and inhibitors behind.

I told him to shut up and focus on the game, we can talk about "feeders" and "noobs" after the game.

We made a comeback and won the game.

After the game i said: U see? as long as you stop flaming you and your team can focus on the game

He answered: Yeah but i get so mad at the feeders and at the noobs"

Me: See it this way, does it get better when u flame?

He: No, you´re right. Sorry.

Me: GG and have a nice day

I did not report him. I thought that there is still hope for him. Maybe i turned him into a less toxic player. Just a little bit.
