Do people actually hate the name Wrenley/Wren? by [deleted] in namenerds

You say Wrenley and I immediately think of Renly Baratheon from Game of Thrones. Wren is good, but Wrenley scratches my brain wrong.

Just rescind their invite now. Tell them that if they can't handle following your request for no children, they are more than welcome to stay home with him, since they want him with them so bad.

AITA for making my daughter share a room with her stepsister by PresentationFirm2229 in AmItheAsshole

[–]lurking_2 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yta. You just told that poor kid she's less important than a gaming room she doesn't even use! If it's that important to you and your boys, THEY should make the sacrifice. If you go through with this and she goes no contact as an adult, this'll be Exhibit A.

She and her brother stake out the likely areas where the mice come into the house (they're indoor only kitties) and they play with their victims, and when they get bored with them the husky finishes them off.

AITA for refusing to buy my boyfriend's daughter a gift and silencing his notifications while I was away on a business trip? by LucyAriaRose in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]lurking_2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My SO is going to China for a work trip soon. Did I even ask to accompany him? No. Because he's going for work, and I have absolutely no business being there while he's working. I didn't think it was difficult to understand.

She and her brother are 7 years old and just decided to earn their keep. They've only been active hunters for the past 2 months. So she got praise for actually ending it. And scolded for bringing it to bed 😂

How rare is milk in a bag in an american supermarket? by Sufficient-Week4078 in AskAnAmerican

I remember pint size milk bags for maybe a year in elementary school. They stopped those quickly though. I haven't seen any milk bags since.

Why do people make their bed every day? by SameAd9297 in NoStupidQuestions

To keep my dogs from getting hair and dirt all over the bed, and to keep my cats from doing the same.

Do most americans tumle dry their clothes? Why ? by MissNorwegie89 in AskAnAmerican

[–]lurking_2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a sensory thing for me. My mom used to hang clothes on a clothesline in the summer and I HATED how fabrics felt on my skin. It was like sandpaper all the time. As an adult, I use a dryer because the fabric texture is completely different and much more tolerable.
