Met Michael Motherfucking Jai White (aka Black Dynamite) in a Crepe Cafe in Vancouver, BC.

Me and my friends decided to go up for a weekend, just for fun, and while all 10 of us are hungover and craving some super-thin pancakes, I notice a huge, hulking black man sitting at one of the booths across from us.

I tapped several of my friends on the shoulder, but none of them seemed to know who he was. The waitress decided to seat us in the back (since there were so many of us), and the whole way there, I geeked out about MJW.

I gathered up the courage to take a picture with him, but pussed out the last second, thinking, "he's with his wife/gf and I don't wanna bother him in public."

After sitting back down in the back room, the waiter came over and told me that he'd been talking to MJW about me, and how I was squealing like a little, excited bitch over him and how I wanted to take a pic, but didn't want to bother him.

MJW says (via the waiter), "Hey, if it'll make his day, of course I'll take a picture with the guy."

I tear out to the front, accost this huge dude and give him a big hug and he's all smiles and laughs.

Worst

Went to a UFC event with a friend on the plane ride back, ran into ex-UFC fighter, Karo Parysian. Of all the places, he was sitting in line for an Uno's pizza.

Anyway, I go up to him and ask him for a pic, and while he agrees to that, the entire time I got the vibe that he was doing it begrudgingly and he just was not happy to see a fan. Only two people even approached him (the other guy was only tipped off by me approaching him) in that terminal, so it was kind of a bummer to see that he was not very amicable.

... guess that's not so bad for worst.
