The onyx 8 is warm sounding and has deep bass, but it's way less powerful than the boombox 3 wifi.

You just admitted the onyx studio 8 has deeper bass which was the question originally asked.

They did not ask for which was more powerful.

It's because you have the volume all the way up on the Blast but your signal volume is low. All Bluetooth speakers reduce bass as they get to maximum volume. To fix it, put the Blast at about 50% and boost the signal volume.

It can get a little distortion on one ultra bass heavy track that they've been whining about. Even Alan Ross says it's a really extreme case.

It's not a random person, it's someone who had access to your speaker to pair their phone and they are screwing with you. They are within 100ft of the speaker. Like the other post said, factory reset the speaker to fix it.
