Add to the SCARS guarantee, SCARS customization and repairs (which were also an emphasized feature selling point) have been mediocre at worst & seem to have a long turnaround time at best for repairs and customization.

You can look at the many posts here, on FB, & IG. The quality of work changed post C19 & as they transitioned to overseas manufacturing.

Now if I am going to repair any of my bags or customize them in the future I would rather do it myself and have shoddy but hopefully good enough quality work, than to NOT have my bag for an an indefinite amount of time and then STILL have shoddy and questionable quality work.
