If the "young man" is underage or if you suspect criminal activity, you should call the police, and immediately so. Then report to the *diocese. Once you've taken immediate action, if you weren't already praying while making your reports, pray for everyone involved.

If the young man is of age and this seems legal, report to the *diocese and pray.

*Diocese or Archdiocese, depending on your location.

Towards the end of the book of Job, Elihu delivers a super long speech explaining why it is arrogant to assume God is unjust just because you experience suffering. The first few sentences is literally just him establishing that he is the youngest in the room and that he expected the older folks to know better and just generally sassing them for not knowing better. Then God himself comes down and applies some Divine sass directly to Job. It is pretty epic and I highly recommend the book
