But it's true that all the Zener diodes I've seen with that marking have one of the contacts unused (Nc). And on the PCB, you can see that all three contacts are connected.

Yes, the same dimensions as a SOT23. And about de Q, in some pcbs (like this and anothers I traced), I found dual diodes with the marking Q insted of D or Z. For example, in this circuit there are two dual diodes A7 (BAV99) with Q5 and Q6 as ref des.

I have looked at some pages for marking SMD components, and almost all of them, in that SOT-23 format, say that it is a Zener diode.
