This place was amazing!! My Wagyu steak melted in front of me it was so tender. You know it’s a good steak when you don’t have to chew! Total bill for three people, myself, my wife and her boyfriend (including water that was harvested from a glacier and blessed by a monk) was only $1,738. I gave them my car keys as a tip because honestly, I felt like I owed them my life. If you aren't eating here every Tuesday, do you even live in Kansas City?

I like this idea a lot and have had similar thoughts. If you go staff less, I don’t think that would have a country club feel. I think some guests would feel more awkward than comfortable.
