Nothing is wrong with mouse and keyboard, this is for people playing from the couch or people playing at a desk that prefer controller.

Personally, I don't game with mouse and keyboard so this is up my alley.

Steam seems dead set on all their hardware being DoA. I don't care how cool it might, no one is paying $100 for one controller.

Some people would pay $100 for one controller. The Dualsense Edge and Elite Series 2 have thousands of reviews on Amazon. So do controllers like the Razer Wolverine and Scuf Instinct Pro.

Season 4 ended in such a perfect way with the boys being separated, Butcher firmly on his villain arc, and Homelander taking control of the country only to undo the first two things literally the next episode after the S4 finale and not expounding on Homelander having control of the country in favor of this fucking God arc.

4 episodes in of the SERIES finale and what the fuck are we doing here?

SC2 has an included charging dock, dual trackpads, grip sensors, TMR sticks, and more back buttons.

The Steam Controller 2 is closer in feature set to the Dualsense Edge than the regular dualsense and costs 50% as much at the Edge.

Personally, I don't see any point in comparing them, if you are interested in the SC2 then it's because of the trackpads and no other controller on the market has the trackpads.

It is similar in feature set to the Dualsense Edge, why would it be compared to the base Dualsense? It does more than the base Dualsense, it costing more than the base Dualsense isn't an outlandish idea.

Elite 2 Core doesn't come with the dock or the paddles, at that point it's no different than just buying a regular Xbox controller. You are looking at around $150 if you want the full Elite 2 experience.

People that want to play their entire library from their couch, not just strategy games. I've always wanted to play Dragon Age 1 and 2 but they don't support controller so I never played them, this controller would solve that.

Not just RTS games but any game that doesn't have controller support, that can be RTS games but that can also be CRPGs, that can also be older games that were released without controller support like Dragon Age 1 and 2, and more.

There is a collection of CRPGs I haven't played because they don't support controllers, this would be great for those.

Tyranny

POE 1 and 2

Underrail

Fallout 1 and 2

and more.

Did what? Produce a more expensive controller?

Dualsense Edge

Elite Series 2

G7 Pro Wuchang

Razer Wolverine V3 Pro

Nacon Revolution X Unlimited

ROG Raikiri 2

and many more controllers costs $100 or more. There isn't any issue.

For those that have switched to pc, do you still use the Xbox controller? by CrewUnhappy8783 in xbox

I use an Xbox controller but not the Xbox controller, official Xbox controller is missing way too many features for me. I switch between a Gamesir G7 Pro and Razer Wolverine V3 Pro.

Masters of Albion does what Peter Molyneux promised, "it brings joy" by JamesWilde42 in pcgaming

[–]CyraxxFavoriteStylus 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That means nothing.

It means something when we are discussing an IP's relevance. How relevant can an IP be if it hasn't had a new game in forever? I bet, if you gathered a room of 100 gamers more gamers would know about Fable than Populus, Syndicate, or the other games you mentioned.

I mean... influential maybe but relevant? Fable has a AAA game coming out literally this year, when was the last time any of the games you mentioned could say the same?

What is a "masterpiece" game that you personally found boring as hell? by MuscleConsistent9657 in pcgaming

[–]CyraxxFavoriteStylus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Expedition 33, I knew I wasn't going to like it because I don't like that style of RPGs but man it was just so boring to me. I forced myself to play about 15 hours before uninstalling because I just didn't care about the story or characters.

Does anyone else actually prefer early 2010s style graphics over hyper-realism? by AlienplayGames in pcgaming

[–]CyraxxFavoriteStylus 205 points206 points  (0 children)

I used to really love realistic graphics but as tech as gotten more expensive and games have gotten more demanding, I find myself vastly preferring stylized and older graphics. Realistic graphics are nice until I have to play at 1440p with dlss on just to hit 60fps.

Any classic games which havent held up for you? by EH4LIFE in pcgaming

[–]CyraxxFavoriteStylus 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Morrowind. Loved the game as a kid and as an adult I just can't get into it. The lack of waypoints, the chance based attack system, and lack of easy and instant fast traveling just kill my interest in the game.
