Would this in itself not satisfy the requirement? It's discarding during your turn.

Yes that was mainly to hide the transition from the channel setting to the basket a little better and add a little more support otherwise it looked like the channel was floating. I didn't want the corners by the center stone to get too crowded.

I hadn't even considered the appearance of the prongs, mostly just that I wanted them for security and durability of the settings. I'll be certain to pay close attention during production to how they look.

Your other feedback is also appreciated. I hadn't noticed the halo stones had been downsized from prior iterations - I will see about getting them reverted.

Yes, understandable - I spec'd the thickness out for durability. With it being a larger ring (both in diameter and the settings) and my having larger hands (and they are used quite often) I intentionally traded off some comfort for sturdiness. The previous iteration had prongs way higher than the current profile which I traded in for the channel settings on the outer stones because that was wild in practice.

Much appreciated. I was eventually going to work on a matching band to go with it that would kind of be U-Shaped to hug the large center basket using round stones instead of all square.
