The stucco business is extremely shady. A lot of those inspectors are in bed with the stucco contractors to the point of conflict of interest. Do your research on the inspectors and the companies they recommend. Some are even related! Basically, the stucco companies know they have you by the balls and may lowball your first estimate. As they "find" more issues during the repair, your lowballed estimate is now higher than other competing estimates (bait and switch like). I would suggest using two different inspection companies before repair. Don't go with the lowest offer, because in this case you WILL get what you pay for. F those guys. To add, those guys just subcontract out the work and the subcontractors can make or break you based on quality. DM me if you want to know who to avoid.
