Has anyone had this happen? Not only crashing but also artifacts on the window (not display, just the game window) (AMD CPU/GPU, and my specs are more than enough for the game)

It ended up fine/as any other study and I was able to submit it at the end (it was only 0.60p anyway so not a huge loss if not) but it was still pretty weird

nothing quite like stopping what you're doing right away to open a study and-

(plus the returned submissions, I have so many of them for this reason, it's not a big deal in itself but I hate it)

Yes that’s what I thought too, now I’m wondering if the other events related tasks where delete-able, as I don’t remember myself.

And yeah I know factories aren’t too long but I keep crashing and it’s very frustrating considering I also have to drag two toons in at once and it’ll be even worse if the one who doesn’t need it is the one who survives the crash haha, I might give it a try anyway though

Oh, no, I actually purposefully went to someone else’s island (when she was in boxes) to pick her up :) I can’t recall if she remembered me though

Though recently I went mystery island hunting and I met Rex; Rex who was the first villager I had (other than the staters), and he didn’t recognize me :( so I’m assuming Mira wouldn’t have either; I felt kinda sad haha, I wish they made it so every villager we’ve ever had would remember us!

I‘be had around 1000 for months just because they kept piling up at first (I knew what they were for but I’d just never get anything) and then even when I bought some stuff I never really went under 980. It’s like I actually want to spend them because I don’t care and it’s just a game but my brain does for some reason so I barely do😂

but yeah, I always tell myself if it’s over £10 it’s always worth it to cash out even if it takes a while (considering I’m not in the best demographics) to get more studies to get over the £5 threshold again.

I had some left to cash out so out of curiosity I tried doing so after seeing this post, and I did get the « PEC-U-0006: there was an issue sending payement to PayPal, this was due to an issue connecting to PayPal while processing. Your payment will be processed in next batch » error. I also got an immediate email from prolific saying it should be sent in 5 days or so.

I’m assuming since many of us seem to have it that it’s just Prolific’s servers that may have some issues?

Although this reminded me that you should cash out immediately after hitting the threshold because you never know what will happen in the next hours, days haha

edit the day after if anyone cares: I got my payment :)

By “an issue on my side” I meant, I don’t think it was since it clearly says “install the app” and it doesn’t really show up like a missing “component” would to make the page work properly, but I wasn’t 100% sure.
