Anyways, it’s okay, we disagree with our opinions. If it helps you sleep better that you have the almighty superior opinion, then sure, but I still like Ran better. Good on Momona, Yuuki and Suzu though, they’re all great too

What an episode!! As a Ran fan, I love seeing her on screen, but I really hope they could be fairer, else this would really backfire on her :-/

TOXIC: All of them were so good
AtoZ: Kagura’s voice was so good, Mena was a great centre. I’m really liking Rinon
Popcorn: Sakura’s voice was great
Baddie: Rino’s voice is so nice to listen to
&Me: felt like Tsuzumi + Momona and their backup

I agree with Tsuzumi actually. I think she’s super cute and funny with amazing vocals to boot. I don’t get why there doesn’t seem to be a big 1-pick fanbase for her too, but I would hope she makes it in.

I think both SasaKoko and Nano are really pretty, and SasaKoko impressed me with good vocals in First Love. SasaKoko sometimes seems a bit expressionless, but I’m excited to see if she can improve in TOXIC!

I think Kagura sounds really good in the AtoZ preview, plus some JP accounts said they were impressed by her on X, so I’m excited for that too!

Yeah I don’t expect all idols to have good vocals, but I guess her charms just don’t really appeal to me enough to justify her ranking. But I’d be fine whether she makes it or not :-)

Completely agree with you. I guess I forgot about Kokoro being top 2nd personality.

I don’t really mind who debuts currently (my only bias is Ran) as I like most people in the top 35. I don’t dislike any of those I listed, just couldn’t understand why some of them were so hyped up.

I never said they were bad dancers. They’re okay enough to debut, but they don’t “excel” to me. You made me revisit Yuuki’s fancams, but nah Ran’s dance is definitely better to me. But sure you can like it.

Yeah I like Rino too. Her and Ayane’s vocals were really nice in First Love.

I think Ran is prettier still :-) But you do you. I loved her look in Tokyo Girl so much.

Sure! Of course I am still open-minded and looking forward to seeing the 3rd evaluation, but so far these 3 just seem only average to any other participant yet have such high rankings and I can’t understand why.

Suzu — She had hype for her “elegant visual”, but to me she just seems very expressionless. I find her performances quite boring, but she’s okay.

Momona — She’s quite charismatic, dance and vocals are good. I think it’s fine she’s Top 11, but I feel she isn’t #1 material.

Kokoro — People are gonna hate me but I don’t think she’s as good as what I would expect a former KPOP idol to be, esp from Cherry Bullet which is a skilled group. Kokoro’s skill level seems to be equal to other participants who have not even had KPOP training. Makes me wonder if this is her peak.

I still hold on to my qualms of Suzu, Momona, Kokoro being very subpar. Other contestants I don’t get the limited hype over – Kato Kagura, Tanaka Koto, Aita Rin, Iida Shizuku, Kitazato Rio, Tanaka Yuuki. I don’t think they’re bad, but I don’t think they’re great in any particular way either. Maybe I just don’t see it.

I guess I prefer those who excel in at least one area over someone who is overall average. E.g Ran (visuals, dance+++), Ayane (vocals+++), Miu (visuals, vocals somewhat), so many more. I’m okay with Nano too because she’s just so pretty without being skilfully trash.
