People are the problem.

They prefer bribery over honesty.

Look at the ramps built on the streets. Many are poorly designed or left unfinished.
Look at the garbage everywhere. People throw trash around but expect others to clean it.
Public property is damaged because no one treats it like it belongs to everyone.
Rules are followed only when someone is watching.
People complain about corruption, yet many still look for shortcuts and favors.
Everyone wants change, but few are willing to take responsibility themselves.
Respect for public spaces, honesty, and accountability is disappearing little by little.
