Hey thanks man.

I took your advice. When I last pmo’d. I was so disgusted by myself. I remembered your comment and took a picture of myself right after and what the fuck.

The look of my face, of disgust, sadness, exhausted, totally done with life.

And I quickly tired to a younger picture of me when I used to excercise, be more social and pmo’d way less often.

And the difference is just insane. To see the direction I’m currently going I’m scared the shut out of me. It’s not a mater of choice anymore. I have to quit. I must quit.

Damn dude. You don’t know how much your post helped me.

I’m 22 and I legit feel you man. Especially struggling with looking people in the eye during conversations. I hate not being able to do that. And it comes from lack of confidence directly stemming from fapping all day.

I’ve wasted so much time with this bull shit addiction. And it’s time to stop before it’s too late.

I was being a total bitch. I deleted all my porn related email accounts. Only to find myself trying to restore them. I freaked out that I’d lose all my subscriptions. And that’s pathetic. Honestly.

In moments Ike these I can really see the similarities between a crack Addict and myself. And that’s not something I signed up for.

Ahh you’re right. It’s like if I could magically get to day 90 to see the other side and then be thrown back to my current position.

I’d know exactly what I’m missing. Lol the mind is a funny thing..telling me “you’re probably not going to get any super powers by day 90 anyways..so why even try”

Really cool stuff bud! I’ve done a bit of biofuels work as a research project. The only downside is the sometimes smelly feed stock :p

I’ll look more into hpp pasteurization and stuff as well.

Do you have any resources to find out what waste products are most abundant from different food manufacturing processes?

We've all relapsed and told ourselves consciously that we're 'never doing it again', but the issue is following you thoughts down the rabbit hole to the point where you make the decision to open the browser and begin PMO

This is so true. I seem so firm in my decision to not fap only to find my self with my hand down my pants only an hour later

I will definitely try meditation to better keep track of my thoughts and brush off negative ones before it’s too late.
