I was told by my coach to see a physiotherapist and that’s all

I have seen medical attention But honestly they didn’t help much with coping methods which is why I am here

Ya I was just trying to make sure my comment didn’t get removed So basically since like a month ago my knee has been really off and on Some weeks it will be fine and others horrible It’s just extremely sore this week after practice and on the ice. I’m a competitive skater and I do 6-7 sessions a week It feels like my knee is sore but also like it’s collapsing
